Job Overview
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team at LMV Financial Services Pvt Ltd. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and strategies
- Experience with various sourcing and candidate assessment methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment software
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for open positions
- Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to attract potential candidates
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop job descriptions
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Manage candidate feedback and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, if necessary
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
- Can able to handle Employee Onbording ,Exist Formalites ,Attandance & Leave Management & Support in Payroll Process as well.
