Plus, somebackground in Finance OR Accounting.Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead theimplementation and management of the Oracle Cloud Fusion Financemodule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OracleERP, hands-on experience with Oracle Finance, and a proven trackrecord in project management. This role is essential in ensuring thatthe Finance module aligns with the organizations financial goals andprocesses.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram OversightOversee coordination of large-scale programs and multiple complexdelivery projects.Lead major projects, initiatives, and functional groups.Stakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with finance teams, IT departments, and externalconsultants to ensure alignment and collaboration.Project PlanningDevelop comprehensive program and project plans, detailing resources,deliverables, and timelines.Accountable for delivering initiatives from conception to implementation.Customization and ConfigurationOversee the customization and configuration of the Finance module tomeet specific organizational needs.Ensure proper configuration of financial processes such as accountspayable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.Testing and Quality AssuranceDevelop and execute test plans to ensure the Finance module operatescorrectly and meets requirements.Address and resolve any issues or bugs identified during testing.Training and SupportCoordinate training sessions for end-users to ensure proficiency withthe new system.Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for post-implementation issues.Change ManagementManage the change management process to facilitate smooth transitionsfrom legacy systems to the new ERP (link removed)municate effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed ofprogress and changes.Performance MonitoringMonitor the performance of the Finance module to ensure optimal functionality.Implement improvements and optimizations based on feedback andperformance metrics.Reporting and ComplianceEnsure the Finance module adheres to relevant regulatory andcompliance requirements.Generate and analyze financial reports to provide insights for and QualificationsProject Management: Strong skills in methodologies like Agile andWaterfall to effectively lead implementations.ERP Expertise: 10-15 years in Oracle ERP, with at least 5 years inOracle Fusion implementation, focusing on Finance and Supply ChainManagement (SCMFinancial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial processes andaccounting (link removed)munication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively withstakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executives.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills foroptimizing system performance.Tools and ResourcesOracle Cloud Fusion Documentation: Utilize official documentation forguidance and best practices.Project Management Software: Experience with tools like MicrosoftProject, Jira, or Quality Center (ALM) for managing tasks andtimelines.Training Materials: Leverage Oracles training resources andcertifications to ensure team proficiency in the system.
