We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality control and efficiency, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Accurately pack products according to specifications and quality standards.
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels.
Operate cherry pickers and order pickers safely to retrieve items from high shelves.
Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing shipments for delivery.
Conduct quality control checks on products before packing to ensure they meet company standards.
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to streamline packing processes and improve efficiency.
Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading deliveries and organizing stock in the warehouse.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Engage in heavy lifting as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury.
Skills

Proficiency in operating cherry pickers and order pickers is preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems for tracking inventory is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control.
Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) safely and effectively.
Experience in order fulfillment processes within a warehouse setting is beneficial.
Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures is a plus.
Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
