Administer day-to-day operations of the ERP system (Epicor). * Document ERP processes and create troubleshooting and ticket resolution guides.* Identify and recommend opportunities for new feature implementation, collaborating with management and end users to integrate improvements.* Assist in developing reports and dashboards to enhance data analysis and business intelligence.* Streamline internal processes and data flow for greater efficiency. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for ERP-related issues.* Manage system user access, permissions, and security settings. * Participate in the planning, management, and execution of software installations and system upgrades.* Provide training for general use, new features, functions, and third-party add-ons.
