Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and driven Vice President of Private Credit to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of private credit markets, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in deal origination and management. This role will involve leading credit assessments, managing relationships with borrowers, and collaborating with our investment team to drive growth and profitability. Key Responsibilities: - Deal Sourcing & Origination: Identify and source new private credit opportunities through networking, market research, and relationship management.
- Credit Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, credit assessments, and due diligence on potential investments.
- Transaction Execution: Lead the structuring, negotiation, and closing of private credit transactions, working closely with legal, compliance, and operational teams.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage existing portfolio investments, ensuring compliance with covenants and evaluating performance.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with borrowers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to support ongoing business development.
- Market Research: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the private credit landscape.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in private credit, investment banking, or private equity.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Proven track record in deal origination and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Benefits: - Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
