Performs assembly work utilizing lean principles (one-piece flow) to produce FDA regulateddevices in a controlled work environment.

1. Learn and carry out detailed work instructions

2. Assemble components to include gluing, weaving, packaging, coiling, welding usingvarious hand tools and bench top pneumatic presses

3. Handle and evaluate quality of small parts during manufacturing processes

4. Troubleshoot simple equipment malfunctions

5. Promote and support a safe working environment

6. Inform team lead/supervisor of any problems pertaining to production, parts,equipment or processes

7. Ability to work effectively with others in a team environment

8. Adhere to Shop Practices including proper gowning and use of personal protectiveequipment

9. Supports and promotes LEAN operations by following standard work to include SafetyObservations, Idea Generation and Hour by Hour Board updates

10. Meet quality assurance requirements and complete documentation associated withsame
