Role Description:

Provide product, program and/or technical development, and design documentation support related to deliverables generated by our operation teams. Output includes written or visual product/process/technical documentation, online information, graphic design and strong verbal and non verbal communication between different work streams. Work with technical architects to understand the exact requirement related to documentation and deliver the same as per customer's timelines.

Required:

• Able to autonomously review existing documentation and identify documents impacted by the updated processes and manage the update, business review, and approval of the documentation.
• 5 years' experience writing technical documents including visual representations like diagrams using Visio.
• Have experience writing technical polocies and procedures
• Should have good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred:

• ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP)
• Experience in writing policies and procedures relatd to clound technologies like Amazon Web Services, or security efforts.
• Experience with process improvement and design.
