Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse for our Telemetry/LTAC unit. The ideal candidate will provide excellent nursing care to patients requiring continuous monitoring and advanced interventions. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work in high-pressure situations, and a focus on patient education and support.

Duties

• Monitor and assess patients' cardiovascular status and vital signs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Administer medications, perform interventions, and manage complications as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, recovery processes, and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Meditech.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient outcomes and service efficiency.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Telemetry or Long-Term Acute Care nursing.
• Experience with critical care monitoring is preferred.

Requirements

• Active MO State RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
