JOB REQUIREMENTSSeeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with a strong background in end-to-end implementations, roll-outs, testing, upgrades, production support, migration, and conversion projectsThe ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with in-depth expertise in SAP HR and related modules 5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM Functional consulting and ABAP experience in the US and/or Canada Expertise in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time, and Payroll modules Knowledge of SAP HCM integration with other products and interfaces is required! Excellent understanding of in depth Enterprise Testing plan and strategy Prepare detailed test plan documents based on requirements Conduct functional testing of implemented applications with stakeholders and the Quality Assurance. Analyze and resolve defects.Identify test scenarios and provide consulting services to clients Experience with SAP HCM integration with other products and interfaces. Experience with SAP HCM to Successfactors Migration and Replication. An in-depth understanding of SuccessFactors Employee configuration Experience in data management including leading the data migration execution: cleansing, extracting, staging, transforming, loading, validation and defect resolutionUnderstand and lead mock loads and data validation cycles Understand data mapping sheets, transformation logic, picklist values, Employee Central configuration. Expertise in SAP HCM ABAP programming to review existing programs and able to work with data transformation sheets to create ABAP programs. Excellent knowledge in BIB integration with Successfactors. Experience with testing and validation of BIB replication from Successfactors to SAP HCM. Test downstream payroll and time processes and configuration. TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE Experience with ECC 6.0, ABAP and Functional. Experience in Successfacors Employee Central configuration Good understanding of 3rd party integration Experience SAP HCM Payroll and Time Management Experience with Data migration and replication (BIB) Strong testing, data transformation, validation expert UNIQUE SKILLS Experience in Successfactor intergration
