Title: Patent/Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney

Location: Dallas, TX

On behalf of an AM Law 200 firm, I am searching for two Patent/Intellectual Property Attorneys, Entry level and Associate Level to join their firm in Dallas, TX. They service industries such as medical devices, life sciences, education, consumer products, media and e-commerce and others. From bet-the-company litigation to complex transactions to creating protection strategies for groundbreaking innovations, they offer a full range of legal services for businesses of all sizes.

Candidates should possess a technical background, preferably in electrical engineering, computer science, or related field, for our patent and other intellectual property litigation practice. We seek individuals who are interested in being an integral part of a trial team, self-motivated, and devoted to meeting the highest standards of excellence.

Requirements:

Entry Level requires less than 1 year of experience
Associate Level requires 3+ years of Patent/Intellectual litigation experience
Bar admission in the state of TX
Excellent communication and oral skills
Strong academic credentials

Salary is competitive and will depend on experience
