* Cyber Intelligence Specialist - Active Secret Clearance Required *

Please apply ONLY if you have an active Secret clearance (or higher) and a relevant Bachelor's degree or higher

United States Citizenship is required due to government contract requirement; we are unable to sponsor at this time.

We can ONLY consider your application if you have:

1: Bachelor's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, 2+ years with Graduate Degree, or 8 years with no degree
2: Active Secret Security Clearance

DESIRED (not required) SKILLS:
:: Top Secret clearance with a CI Poly.
:: CISSP, RHCSA, RHCE, CompTIA Security+, Linux+ or similar certifications.
:: Experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
:: Familiarity with virtualization technologies.
:: Prior experience working in a defense or government contracting environment
:: 5 years of experience in IT systems administration with a focus on security.
:: Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and security compliance.
:: Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems and associated hardware platforms.
:: Strong understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.
:: Experience with virtualization technologies and containerization.
:: Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework and its application in securing IT systems.
:: Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
:: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

== Develop, administer and maintain the integrity and security of Linux and Windows-based servers and systems.
== Set up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, and installing system-wide software.
== Evaluate, improve, and maintain the information security throughout the Linux infrastructure.
== Implement and manage Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and documentation including continuous monitoring and executing security controls.
== Perform regular system updates and patch management to mitigate vulnerabilities.
== Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
== Implement and manage security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption.
== Conduct regular security audits to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
== Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to align IT infrastructure with established security policies and procedures.
== Provide technical support, training and guidance to users, addressing any system-related concerns.
== Document system configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures.
== Participate in disaster recovery planning, backup operations, and data restoration when necessary.
== Provide guidance and technical training to less experienced staff.
== Ensure systems are compliant with ITAR, EAR, and CUI regulations when applicable.
== Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
== Strong communication and documentation skills.
