Staff Software Engineer: Provide technical guidance in software design and development activities. Provide coaching and mentoring of other team members in the completion of assigned tasks - 25%. Work with other Engineers/Architects/Teams in recommending new technologies to ensure innovation, quality, and productivity – 20%. Design, develop and deliver applications based on the Microsoft Stack((link removed) Framework and .Net Core) – 10%. Design, develop and optimize all things related to SQL development – 10%. Provide familiarity and experience with web development concepts such as progressive web applications and usage of SPA frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) – 5%. Coordinate other team members in meeting sprint/release targets – 5%. Develop effective technical solutions to meet business requirements – 5%. Participate in all Scrum events (standups, planning, story grooming, reviews, retrospective) – 5%. Assist in architecture and design reviews, providing recommendations and feedback – 5%. Collaborate with other technical leaders across the organization – 5%. Onboard other Engineers into the team, including all aspects of knowledge transfer related to the codebase, the software architecture and the software development process - 5%. Requirements: BS or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Information Technology or Related and 4 years of experience in C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Java Script, SQL.
