Chambers Consulting Group, A Branch Office of PFS Investments, Inc, is searching for future agents to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hybrid remote environment. Jumpstart your new insurance agent career and earn up to an additional $3,000 in bonuses on top of commissions during your first four months. You’ll begin your journey training in our office with the ability to transition to a hybrid remote work environment when you’re ready. As an entry level insurance sales agent with Chambers Consulting Group, you will utilize our ongoing, award-winning company training to:

* Set appointments to identify prospective clients’ financial resources and needs
* Offer expert life insurance policy recommendations to generate sales
* Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base


How Chambers Consulting Group compensates your work:

* This is a commission and bonus position, and while it is not salaried, typical first-
year entry level agents average $30,000 - $55,000
* New agents can achieve production-based incentives of up to $12,000 in their first year
* Earn up to an extra $3,000 bonus in your first four months with Chambers Consulting
Group
* Experienced sales agents that have been a part of Chambers Consulting Group for two plus
years earn upwards of $100,000+ in commissions and bonuses


How Chambers Consulting Group Supports your career:

* Flexible work environment once you complete your new agent training period which can
vary anywhere from four to twelve weeks on average
* Set their own hours with options to work in the field, onsite, and/or in a hybrid
capacity per their preference with the support of branch leadership
* Our training is conducted in our office by successful field leaders
* Chambers Consulting Group agents are provided pre-licensing training and state exam free
of charge, individuals will need to pay for the federal background check and
fingerprinting costs required to sell life products in their state
