Job Overview


We are seeking a Facilities Supervisor to join our team in Muscat. This mid-level, full-time position requires a minimum of 4 years of work experience in facilities management. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance and management of our facilities, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. This role is vital in supporting our growth and maintaining a productive work environment.

Salary - 60,000 plus employment


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience in facilities management and maintenance (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong budgeting skills to efficiently allocate resources and control expenses.
  • Demonstrated ability in team leadership, including guiding and supporting team members.
  • Experience in vendor management to maintain beneficial partnerships and service agreements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to swiftly address and resolve maintenance issues.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and external partners.
  • Proficiency in project management to plan and execute facility-related projects efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions for facility enhancements.
  • Competence in facilities management software for efficient operations and maintenance tasks.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Oversee daily operations and maintenance of all facilities to ensure optimal condition and performance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to extend the lifecycle of facilities and equipment.
  • Manage facility budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet financial goals.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality service and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Lead facility teams by providing guidance, training, and appraisals to maximize productivity.
  • Conduct regular facility audits and inspections to maintain high safety and quality standards.
  • Handle emergency facility issues promptly to minimize impact on operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop reports on facility metrics and performance to support decision-making processes.
