Lead .NET Core Full Stack Developer Baltimore, MD F2F Interview The Application Developer (i.e., .NET Full Stack Developer) assists the OIMT primarily with designing,developing, and online portalprojects in accordance with the Agile project methodology. In addition, the Application Developer will also assist the Office of Information Management and Technology in the development, implementation and monitoring of MITDP projects throughout the department to ensure that project activities meet stakeholder defined requirements. The incumbent in this position will recommend new standards, methodsof operation, and technologiesto the Director of Projects / IT Managers to improve how the agency accomplishes its Online portal project mission. As a .NET Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that are both scalable and high performing. This role involves working closely with otherdevelopers, UX/UI designers, businessanalysts, quality analysts, andproduct managers to deliver a seamless and user-friendly portal experience. Duties/Responsibilities: Include but arenot limited to the following: Design and developrobust, scalable, and secure web applications using .NET technologies. Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfacesusing HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,and modern frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js. Develop back-end services, APIs, and microservices using C#, ASP.NET Core, andEntity Framework. Develop RESTful APIsand integrate third-party servicesand APIs into the portal. Implement authenticationand authorization mechanisms usingOAuth, JWT, or similar technologies. Work with cloudservices (Azure, AWS) for deployment and scaling. Follow best practicesin coding, including code reviews, unit testing, and versioncontrol (Git). Maintain and refactorexist in existing code to improve performance, security, and maintainability. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues reported by users oridentified through testing. Work closely withUX/UI designers to implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Participate in Agile/Scrumceremonies, including sprint planning,stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Stay up to date with the latest industrytrends, tools, and technologiesin full-stack development.
