Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and meet company objectives.
• Collaborate with teams across departments to maintain high-quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize performance.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in the automotive or electromechanical industry.
• Strong knowledge of operational processes, systems, and best practices.

• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on team building.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
