Position: PAINTER (Full Time / Permanent)
City Painting Ltd. is looking to hire experienced and professional painters to work all over the lower mainland area.
No. of positions: 2
Salary: $35.50/hr. (30-40 hrs./week)
Job Requirements: No formal education required.
Experience: 1-2 years of work experience in commercial and residential projects

Duties:
• Apply & mix paints, stain, varnish, and enamel on commercial & residential buildings
• Provide accurate estimates of material and equipment required
• Prepare painting surface area by smoothing and filling cracks
• Using various painting equipment such as spray gun, brusher, rollers, or other equipment to paint the surface area
• Assemble and erect scaffoldings and ensure all safety measures are being met at the work site.

Work Conditions and Capabilities:
Attention to detail, Bending, crouching, kneeling, physically demanding, Ability to distinguish between colors, Team player, Flexibility, Client focus.
