Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has an opening for an Occupational Therapist - Inpatient, Acute Care. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85016

Assignment Start Date: 2/3/2025

13 weeks | Days | 8-hour shift | 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed weekly

This position provides occupational therapy services to a pediatric population, neonate to adolescent, including evaluation and treatment in independent living, sensory-motor integration, and cognitive and psychosocial skills.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• 1 year Pediatrics work experience (school experience will not be considered)
• Ortho, neuro, and developmental pediatric experience preferred

Education:

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) before the start date
• State of Arizona Occupational Therapist license before start date
• Current AZ Department of Public Safety Fingerprint Clearance Card before the start date
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association before the start date

EMR System: Experience preferred

Shift: 08:00 - 16:30 M-F - Some shifts may be shorter

Vaccinations: COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required from October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved to start. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season.
