Accounting Professional

Company located in Aurora is looking for an individual who is interested in a long-term career and who is responsible, punctual, well-organized, and detail-oriented to prepare, produce, and edit financial statements and associated documents. We are considering F/T candidates to work in our high-tech office environment. Candidate must have excellent Quickbooks Skills and Exel Spreadsheets. Testing of skills will be required.

Responsibilities

Complete all duties with a personable and professional mindset.
Record financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Enter data, run reports, compile sales reports, sales tax preparation.
Perform additional projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Problem solving, good time management, and strong organizational skills. Must be able to prioritize and manage workflow with accuracy, speed, and confidentiality.
Strong collaborative skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally. (Required)
Proven bookkeeping/basic accounting experience. (Required)
Understanding QuickBooks, and Excel. (Required)
Ability to reconcile credit card, checking and other statements. (Required)
BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience. (Preferred)
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, the candidate must be willing to work onsite only.
Business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.
