Analyze/redesign the process workflow and alter AI algorithm in Gavel Predictions module accordingly to reduce repeated incidence. Detecting Potential Failures with complex algorithms and operate within the policies and procedures of the organization in mitigation tasks. Manage and maintain big data, oracle, and SQL server DB activities to seamless data retrieval for dashboard. Analyze/configure RCA and event correlation feature of GAVel with data collected from multiple sub systems that includes OS system logs, application logs, database logs, network logs.
