The Data Operations team builds capabilities and practices that support the usage of data across The team supports stakeholders across the company to understand their needs, collect applicable requirements, develop solutions, solicit feedback, deploy to the data ecosystem, and showcase the result. Engineers on the Data Operations team bring a sense of pragmatic perfectionism, doing their best work every day and delivering quality data products to those whom they support.

Architect and maintain a scalable CDP aligned with GTM and sales objectives
Design and implement robust ETL/ELT pipelines for efficient data processing, as necessary
Integrate the CDP with CRM and marketing automation tools
Ensure data quality, security, and governance across the platform
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical solutions
We’d love to chat if you have:

BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years in data warehousing roles building scalable, enterprise-grade ecosystems
3+ years in financial services and/or SaaS environments
Proven experience designing and integrating customer data platforms that drive go-to-market and sales motions
Expert proficiency in SQL (multiple dialects preferred) and Python
Deep understanding of ETL/ELT design patterns, data ingestion methods, and orchestration frameworks tailored for CDP environments
Advanced skills in warehouse schema design and dimensional data modeling
Demonstrated ability to align data architectures with GTM strategies, supporting sales enablement and marketing automation
Track record of delivering data solutions that enable actionable insights for customer segmentation, lead scoring, and sales strategies
Experience leading multi-phase data migrations and system transformations in support of enterprise-wide initiatives
The estimated salary  range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role.  Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
