At Year Round Pool (a Pool Troopers Company), we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards in pool renovations. We are on the hunt for an experienced and skilled Renovation Foreman to oversee our renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, to the satisfaction of our clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring all tasks are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the renovation process, including supply chain delays or customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in pool construction management or renovation supervision
• People management experience
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Specifically tiling, coping, electric, plumbing, plaster prep, leak detection, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Smartsheet and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Must have a valid drivers license with a clean history and be willing to travel to various job sites as needed.
