SAP Delivery Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Delivery Manager with a strong techno-functional background who began their career as an SAP Functional Lead and has grown into a leadership role overseeing end-to-end SAP project delivery. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to drive delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the delivery of multiple concurrent SAP projects from initiation through completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Utilize deep SAP functional and technical knowledge to guide solutioning, unblock technical challenges, and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, proactively identify and manage risks, and oversee interdependencies.
Champion Agile methodologies and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing clear communication and regular project updates.
Ensure project outcomes align with business goals, contractual commitments, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

15+ years of experience in SAP, including at least 5 years in a project/delivery management capacity.
Proven track record of leading complex SAP implementations and rollouts.
Strong foundation in SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO) with a good understanding of integration points.
Experience working in Agile/Hybrid project environments.
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional global teams and manage remote delivery teams.
PMP, Scrum Master, or SAP certifications are a plus.
