Job Title: Business Analyst (Entry–Mid Level)

Role Overview

We are looking for an Entry–Mid Level Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, gather and analyze requirements, and support the development of efficient processes and solutions. This role is ideal for someone who has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.


Key Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and recommend process improvements.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain the product backlog.
Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure accurate solution delivery.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios, coordinating with users, and validating outcomes.
Generate reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with stakeholders at different levels.
Ensure project deliverables are aligned with business objectives and compliance standards.


Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
0–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.
Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, or similar).
Familiarity with data analysis tools and visualization (preferred but not required).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
