Locum Gastroenterology Job in Maryland
Seeking Family Medicine physicians for long-term locum coverage near Baltimore, MD
Job Details:
- Coverage Date: ASAP - Ongoing
- EMR System: Epic
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- Other detail:
- Gastroenterologist to provide locums inpatient consult coverage for 1 week per month
- Training in ERCP/EUS is a plus, but not required.
- Candidates need to have a Maryland license, reasonably clean malpractice history and be physically located in the general vicinity.
- Position requirements include:
- Ability to work 1 week per month - 7-day work week. Hours day shift (8-4:30) with some flexibility.
- Weekend responsibilities 1 weekend per month.
- Mostly performing inpatient consults
- Procedure capability for inpatients only.
- No outpatient work involved
- Night shift coverage, and on-call coverage TBD, if so, it would be telephonic only.
