Here are some of the daily operational tasks: Monitoring and Maintenance: Network Monitoring: Monitor network performance, including bandwidth usage, latency, and uptime. Routine Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updating IOS upgrades, and checking hardware health (Software and hardware refresh of network devices) Troubleshooting: Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems, hardware failures, and configuration errors. User Support: Provide technical support to users experiencing network-related issues. Configuration and Setup: Device Configuration: Set up and configure network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, and access points. Network Expansion: Assist in expanding the network infrastructure by adding new devices and ensuring proper integration. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining Documentation: Keep detailed records of network configurations, changes, and incidents. Reporting: Generate reports on network performance, issues resolved, and recommendations for improvements. Collaboration: Team Coordination: Work closely with other IT staff, including onsite EUC and offshore support teams, to ensure seamless network operations.
