Key Responsibilities

* Develop and deploy robotic applications for industrial automation and social impact

* Design end-effector tools, robotic motion sequences, and control interfaces

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in mechanical design, software, and electronics

* Contribute to algorithm development for robotic path planning, vision, or sensor fusion

* Test, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic solutions in real-world settings

* Stay updated with the latest robotics technologies and recommend adoption strategies

Qualifications Required

Bachelors or Masters Degree in one or more of the following disciplines:

* Mechatronics Engineering

* Robotics Engineering

* Mechanical Engineering (with Automation specialization)

* Electronics/Electrical Engineering

* Computer Science / AI / Embedded Systems

* Strong academic record from a reputed institution (IITs, NITs, IIITs, or Tier-1/Tier-2 colleges preferred)

* Project work or internships in robotics, AI, control systems, automation, or similar areas

* Working knowledge of robot programming (e.g., ROS, Python, C++), control systems, or CAD/CAE tools

* Familiarity with PLC, sensors, machine vision, or industrial robots is a plus
