Lead and manage the execution of corporate finance and M&A transactions focused on the insurance and financial industries. The role involves structuring and evaluating complex financial deals, building detailed valuation and merger models. Perform strategic and quantitative analysis to support advisory recommendations. Prepare a variety of client-facing materials, including pitchbooks, management presentations, and confidential information memoranda. Coordinate all aspects of the due diligence process across financial, legal, and operational workstreams. Direct communication with clients, prospective buyers or sellers, legal counsel, and other external advisors, and participation in pricing discussions, negotiations, transaction, closings, and in advising on transaction structure. Provide oversight and guidance to junior analysts, manage workflow across multiple live projects, and support senior leadership in business development initiatives and ongoing client relationships. Oversee financial modeling and valuation analyses techniques (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions). Preparing marketing materials for corporate transactions.

Requirements: Master degree in Finance, Economics or a closely related field + (12) months of experience the job offered and twelve (12) months of experience in a financial analysis, M&A, or corporate finance role involving the insurance or financial services industry and experience in Financial valuation techniques (DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions) and drafting marketing materials for corporate transactions. Must possess the following FINRA securities licenses: Securities Industry Essentials (SIE); Series 79 and Series 63.
