Strong Sales Skills and practices to make an elite agency

Develop effective customer service skills to service existing clients

Proficient Managerial knowledge to manage a team of agents

Help to build an effective Business Plan

Must be Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licensed in TX Property & Casualty license is required. New lines life and health preferred willing to train.

Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and be coachable.

Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Must be highly self-motivated.
