Qualifications and Skills

• Significant experience as a data engineer with expertise in managing and analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in Apache Kafka for building real-time data pipelines and streaming applications (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, showcasing the ability to manage and deploy scalable infrastructure (Mandatory skill).
• Demonstrated leadership skills, capable of guiding and empowering engineering teams to achieve common goals.
• Strong technical acumen, with a deep understanding of current engineering practices and technologies.
• Proven track record of successful team building and talent management, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with Azure, involving cloud services and solutions within an enterprise context.
• Excellent communication skills, facilitating clear and effective collaboration across different departments and stakeholders.
