Job Description:


Lead engineering teams to deliver meaningful software features. Conduct performance management and mentoring. Create a culture of recognition. Work with other leaders within the organization to handle cross-team dependencies. Interact with customers to understand their use cases and their challenges. Work with product managers to identify feasible product enhancements. Deliver solutions to the customer and receive feedback. Identify inefficiencies in software development cycle and devise solutions that enable engineers to work more productively with fewer flaws.


Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, $233,230.00 per year.


Minimum Requirements:


Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and three (3) years of related work experience.


In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible, post- baccalaureate work experience.


Must have three (3) years of experience in all the following:


Writing code and programming in an object-oriented language such as C/C++ or Java;

Designing and implementing distributed systems;

Working with relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server;

Leveraging knowledge of algorithms and data structures; and

Implementing high-performance, multi-threaded code in an operating system, file system, database management system, or other high-performance applications.
