Responsibilities for this Paper Machine & Converting Maintenance Manager:
Lead a team of supervisors and mechanics toward a proactive maintenance culture
Implement and optimize Preventive/Predictive Maintenance programs
Reduce unscheduled downtime and drive operational efficiency
Ensure safety compliance and promote clean, organized work standards
Champion continuous improvement across all maintenance activities.

Minimum requirements for this Paper Machine & Converting Maintenance Manager:
BS in Engineering or Technology OR equivalent experience with paper machines
Minimum of 7 years of maintenance leadership in the paper industry
Strong background in reliability and predictive maintenance
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams
High energy and enthusiasm for growth and innovation.
