Job Description:

1.Wound care & Dressing: - Assist in cleaning, dressing and re-dressing of wounds and surgical sites. Handle and dispose of bio-medical waste. Maintain records of dressing schedules and material usage.

2.Assistance in Patient Care: - Assist nursing staff during minor procedures, injections and patient care. Support patient with movement, positioning and basic hygiene.

3.Sterilization & Hygiene: - Sterilize dressing instruments and maintain cleanliness of dressing trays.

4.Documentation & Compliance: - Record and report any abnormalities in the patient's wounds or response to dressings. Adhere to hospital policies, infection control protocols, and safety standards.
