• Handle the complete US recruitment lifecycle from understanding client requirements to sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.

• Work confidently on Corp-to-Corp (C2C), W2, and Full-Time placements.

• Leverage job boards, Boolean searches, and creative sourcing techniques to find and engage top IT talent.

• Manage detailed records using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or spreadsheets.

• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Demonstrate strong knowledge of US tax terms and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in US staffing is preferred.

• Good understanding of technical skill sets and IT terminologies.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
