Job Description:
*10+ years of experience in business analyst/ERP implementation
*Proven track record of leading successful ERP projects
*Strong understanding of ERP Cloud systems, modules (AP/AR/FA/CE) and with good understanding of Business Process Flows
*Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable plans
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
*Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and integration methodologies
*Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Service Now)
*Experience with integration tools and practices for ERP systems
*Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team empowerment and collaboration
*Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges, with a strong attention to detail
