Transaction Coordinator

Location: Must Reside in South Carolina (Columbia area strongly preferred)

Compensation: $50,000 base salary + bonus potential ($6070k/year)

Why This Role Matters

As our Transaction Coordinator, youll be the glue that holds our real estate closings together. From ensuring contracts are airtight to tracking deadlines, coordinating with attorneys, and managing post-closing data, your work will directly impact how quickly and efficiently we can help our clients.

What Youll Do

Manage active transaction files from contract to close

Coordinate with title companies, attorneys, creditors, and insurance providers

Track and meet deadlines (inspections, closings, wire transfers)

Review contracts, HUDs, and closing statements for accuracy

Input and manage CRM data (Podio/Salesforce)

Maintain organized digital records of every transaction

Attend virtual daily team meetings

Requirements

Who You Are

A natural organizer with a keen eye for detail

Someone who thrives under deadlines and keeps projects moving

A self-starter with a get-it-done mindset

Able to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly with all stakeholders

Requirements

Must live in South Carolina (within ~30 miles of Columbia strongly preferred)

Bachelors degree required

Proven experience managing projects, people, or processes

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Tech-savvy (CRM tools like Salesforce and basic Google Workspace knowledge)

Bonus Points For

Prior experience as a paralegal, title abstractor, or working with closing attorneys

Familiarity with South Carolina real estate law, probate, foreclosure, or real estate litigation

You've worked in a fast-paced small team or startup environment

Compensation & Perks

$50,000 base salary

Bonus: $500 per closed file if you exceed quarterly standards (estimated total comp: $60k$70k/year)

10 days PTO
