Purpose of the Role:
To collect, analyse, and interpret operational and market data across multiple service divisions (cleaning, childcare, tutoring, and other education support activities) to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and business growth initiatives.

Main Duties:

-Conduct internal performance research to identify high-performing and underperforming business units.
-Gather and analyse customer feedback and market data.
-Prepare analytical reports and dashboards for the Operations Manager and Directors.
-Recommend funding and marketing priorities based on data-driven insights.
-Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements to operational efficiency.
-Support long-term business development by analysing opportunities for expansion and diversification.

Skills Required:

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
-Proven experience in business or market research, data analysis, or strategic planning.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
-Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or equivalent).
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Understanding of service operations and customer experience.
