Were currently seeking a Lead HR Business Partner (Multi Site Project) for a full time, on site position based in Bloomington or Minneapolis, MN. This is a key leadership role offering $120K $130K annually plus a 15% bonus.
In this role, you will:
Serve as a strategic HR advisor to regional and store leadership teams.
Lead initiatives across 50+ multi unit locations focused on engagement, compliance, and organizational development.
Oversee workforce planning, employee relations, and performance strategy.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on talent development, DEI, and compensation programs.
Requirements:
8+ years of progressive HR experience with multi unit operations exposure.
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor laws and best practices.
Bachelors degree required.
Travel up to 50% expected (on site model, no relocation or sponsorship).
