A thriving and well-established mid-sized downtown Los Angeles law firm we have recruited for many years now is seeking an additional associate to work on a hybrid schedule for its litigation practice. Note that associates we have placed with this firm are now partners. Attorneys work in the office 3 days a week and can change/choose which 3 days they work in the office as they please from week to week. Attorneys bill 1800 annually. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in business or civil litigation at a reputable law firm. Firm hires attorneys who graduated from top-tier law schools. Firm will have plenty of work for this associate but note that partners offer excellent mentorship for attorneys who want to build their own book of business. Salary range is between $150k-$225k, depending on years of experience and skills. Firm offers a variety of annual and monthly bonuses. Attorney must be licensed with the California State Bar.
