We're seeking a highly motivated investor to lead Venture Growth as a founding member of our GTM team.

Cursor, Decagon, Windsurf and 300+ other leading startups hire their hardest roles with Paraform. During the past 3 months, we piloted a program to grow this startup customer base through partnerships with leading VC firms including Menlo, 8VC, Felicis, Sutter Hill Ventures, and A* Capital. Already, dozens of startups referred through these relationships have made critical hires for their early teams using Paraform.

Our Venture Growth lead will convert this momentum into a scalable program.

What we look for:
4 - 6 years of experience in investing or high-growth startups

Experience building relationships with VC firms, accelerators, or startup communities.

Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem, especially early-stage fundraising and founder needs.

Excellent communicatorcan confidently represent the company to top-tier VCs

What you'll do:
Form and manage partnerships with top venture investors, accelerators, and other partners in the startup ecosystem

Work across the Paraform organization to help startups accelerate their progress and be successful using our platform.

Identify and execute on partnership opportunities with investors outside of tech to scale Paraform into new market
