The Opportunity

Were looking for a Growth Engineer to join our engineering team and accelerate marketplace growth with intelligent automations. In this hands-on, TypeScript-focused role, youll move quickly between scrappy MVPs and production-ready systems, collaborating with a world-class operations team to scale their workflows.

Responsibilities

Build dashboards (Paratools) that surface insights from candidate and recruiter data

Develop Slack automations that streamline recruiting operations and communication

Connect and integrate systems across the business to enable faster experimentation

Ship MVPs quickly (in hours/days), then scale proven experiments into robust systems

Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize growth initiatives that directly impact business metrics

Surface unseen opportunities and boost team impact with intelligent automations for repetitive workflows

What Were Looking For

TypeScript expertise and comfort working in an existing codebase

Strong database experience, ideally having worked with structured human data, e.g. candidate and recruiter data)

UI development skills for dashboards and lightweight internal tools

Experience with systems integration and automation (e.g., Slack, APIs, workflow automation)

Bias for experimentation and learning ability to balance scrappy MVP builds with scalable engineering practices

Background in Series A/B startups or fast-moving environments (experience at automation- or workflow-driven companies like Notion, Zapier, or similar is a plus)

Computer Science degree (preferred, not required)
