Hiring For Staffing Sales Executive Msp Location: US-NJ-Somerset Email Job

Title : Sales Executive Location : Remote Salary : $100k Per Annum Plus Benefits Please answer the below question : 4.) How many years exp. do you have selling professional staffing services? Please elaborate and provide a breakdown on how many years with each company 5.) What types of job orders does the candidate have exp. bringing in? Please elaborate 6.) Does the candidate has experience selling contingent labor solutions to Clients or MSP? If yes, please elaborate: 7.) How many new clients did you sign and bring in for 2023? Were they contingent? Direct hire? Or both? 8.) What are the titles of your primary buying targets? Please elaborate KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Prospect large enterprise companies (Fortune 1000) as well as mid-market companies.
- Manage sales process from initial outreach to new client onboarding.
- Manage complex sales cycle and influence/persuade various levels of decision-making.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers.
- Attend industry events
QUALIFICATIONS: - Must reside in the US.
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Proven success in acquiring new clients in the Professional Staffing or Managed Services space
- 7+ years selling Professional staffing (IT, F&A, Engineering, etc...) services to Mid-Market and Enterprise Level Customers
- 3-5 years selling Managed Services such as RPO, MSP, VMS
- Well-connected with the Talent Ecosystem community (TA, Procurement, MSP, CW Program leaders).
- Strong established relationships with key decision makers in Tech, Finance, Engineering etc..
- Strong Customer Service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Must have ability to travel and attend industry conferences 2-3 times per year.
- Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
