Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Production Supervisor to lead and support our high-performance
production team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This key leadership

As a Finishing Production Supervisor - 2nd shift, you will be the first line leader to support
team members within your area/zone, ensuring safe and efficient daily production operations.

Position Responsibilities

These responsibilities ensure that safety is prioritized and embedded into the workplace culture.

Primary Duties

• Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal safety regulations (OSHA, EPA).


• Stay current with safety standards and regulatory changes.


• Enforce safety procedures according to company policies.


• Ensure proper PPE usage for all employees.


• Promote ergonomic practices to reduce injury risk.


• Create an environment of continuous improvement.


• Encourage all team members to contribute to improvement initiatives.


• Treat all team members with respect and professionalism.


• Reduce waste and develop team skills to support lean operations.


• Ensure employees receive proper training in safety, quality, equipment operation and 6S.


• Collaborate with technical staff for operational support.


• Set and achieve annual performance goals.


• Continuously improve processes and reduce inventory levels.


• Serve as first point of contact for employee relations issues.


• Collaborate with Union Stewards regarding contract and discipline topics.


• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

Knowledge / Experience / Education

• Servant leadership experience required.


• 13 years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing preferred.


• Manufacturing supervision experience preferred.


• Bachelors Degree in Business, Manufacturing Engineering or Operations preferred.


• Internship or co-op experience may be considered.

• Must lead by example in maintaining safety standards.

• Conduct regular safety audits and address issues promptly.

Must Have
