The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth system operations, troubleshooting, and providing functional and technical support for Oracle HCM applications. Key Responsibilities Provide functional and technical expertise in Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Oracle Projects. Manage end-to-end production support for Oracle HCM applications, ensuring minimal downtime. Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system issues, collaborating with technical teams as needed. Assist in system configurations, enhancements, and upgrades to optimize business processes. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and implement solutions. Ensure compliance with industry best practices and Oracle HCM Cloud standards. Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and system changes. Provide guidance and support for integration between Oracle HCM and other enterprise applications. Required Skills & Qualifications 12+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud. Strong expertise in Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Oracle Projects. Experience in Production Support and troubleshooting HCM Cloud applications. Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
