Visa sponsorship eligibility: No Potential to convert to full-time! Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Anaplan Model Builder / Developer to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Anaplan solutions to support incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting processes. Responsibilities - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design and develop Anaplan applications, including data models and dashboards.
- Design new Anaplan models and enhancements to existing models in an integrated and optimized manner.
- Maintain and optimize current Anaplan models, capturing and delivering requirements for new or improved functionality.
- Drive further automation, data integration, and process improvements to enhance user experience.
- Perform testing and debugging of Anaplan applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical and application support, working closely with end users to resolve system-related issues.
- Stay up to date with Anaplan features and enhancements and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Data teams to ensure system alignment.
- Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development processes.
Requirements - At least 5 years of experience with the Anaplan product.
- Minimum of 3 Anaplan implementations focused on incentive compensation and revenue models.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Anaplan model building.
- Strong experience with core financial and enterprise performance management processes.
- Ability to design holistic, end-to-end, integrated solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and improve existing processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
- Experience documenting complex models and processes in a professional manner.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creating an excellent user experience.
- Anaplan certification is a plus.
