Job Description



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Anaplan Model Builder / Developer to join our team.
This role is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Anaplan solutions to support
incentive compensation management, performance reporting, analytics, planning, and budgeting processes.



Responsibilities



  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Design and develop Anaplan applications, including data models and dashboards.

  • Design new Anaplan models and enhancements to existing models in an integrated and optimized manner.

  • Maintain and optimize current Anaplan models, capturing and delivering requirements for new or improved functionality.

  • Drive further automation, data integration, and process improvements to enhance user experience.

  • Perform testing and debugging of Anaplan applications to ensure optimal performance.

  • Provide technical and application support, working closely with end users to resolve system-related issues.

  • Stay up to date with Anaplan features and enhancements and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Data teams to ensure system alignment.

  • Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development processes.



Requirements



  • At least 5 years of experience with the Anaplan product.

  • Minimum of 3 Anaplan implementations focused on incentive compensation and revenue models.

  • Extensive hands-on experience with Anaplan model building.

  • Strong experience with core financial and enterprise performance management processes.

  • Ability to design holistic, end-to-end, integrated solutions.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge and improve existing processes.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.

  • Experience documenting complex models and processes in a professional manner.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for creating an excellent user experience.

  • Anaplan certification is a plus.
