Job Summary

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and platform best practices.


• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.


• Oversee implementation and optimization of ITSM, SPM, and ITOM modules, including workflows, integrations, and reporting.


• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.


• Facilitate stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and change management activities.


• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, including ITIL, Agile, and CSDM standards.


• Monitor project KPIs and utilize ServiceNow dashboards to report progress and performance.


• Coordinate testing, training, and go-live support to ensure successful adoption and long-term sustainability.


• Collaborate with enterprise architects to define long-term ServiceNow roadmaps, including module upgrades and new capability rollouts.
