Key Responsibilities Presentations to senior management Working with technical Hadoop resources Partner with central project management team Hold resources accountable to agreed-to task completion dates Perform hands on training/coaching with teams in all aspects of Lean Agile. Lead roles, teams, and leaders to embrace a Lean Agile and learning mindset. Provide guidance about how to create and manage an intake process, healthy backlog, and how to facilitate valuable Agile ceremonies. Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution across teams and with stakeholders, including external teams, business partners, and other Agile Release Trains/programs.
