Nokia of America Corporation, Solution Architect (Multiple Positions), Murray Hill, NJ. Perform Solution Design (High Level and Low-level design work) for 5G core Nokia Products (NEF and SMSF) and 4G Core Nokia products (CNCS, CFX, NTAS, MRF). Develop detailed customer solution design and architecture and perform technical risk evaluation for overall technical solution. Assist with troubleshooting during the 4G and 5G core product deployment, integration, acceptance testing for various calls with customers. Support in the deployment of various products including CNCS, NEF, SMSF, NTAS and CFX. Design the identification and specification of complex solutions in complex customer environment. Provide measurable input into new products, processes, standards or operational plans in support of business strategies. Analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert.

SALARY RANGE: $180,003 - 204,337 per year

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 6 years of post-bachelor’s progressive related work experience. Or a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience with the following: Telecommunication call flow 3GPP and ITU standards; GSM/UMTS/LTE Networks and Call flows; Solution design and Implementation of Volte Core Network Elements including CFX, TAS, SBC, or NN; IMS Solution Integration; Unix or Linux commands; and Cloud native Kubernetes design solution.

Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. up to 10% is required.

Telecommuting may be permitted up to 100% anywhere in the US.
