Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer with a strong background in ServiceNow ITSM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5 7 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of implementing and managing IT Service Management solutions using ServiceNow. This role requires a detail oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement software solutions that enhance IT Service Management processes using ServiceNow.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Maintain and optimize existing ServiceNow applications and workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow related issues.

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to ensure the organization leverages the platform effectively.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Document development processes, code changes, and system configurations.

Mandatory Skills:

Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, including incident, problem, change, and request management.

Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

Experience with ServiceNow development tools, including ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

Solid understanding of ITIL principles and practices.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ServiceNow ITOM and ITBM modules.

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.

Experience with database management and SQL.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5 to 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ServiceNow ITSM.

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification is a plus.

Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
