Seeking pediatrician for Central Valley community facility whose mission is to provide comprehensive, compassionate, high quality health care for people living in the community they serve. Their vision is building healthy communities by providing the utmost in comprehensive patient-centered care. Some in-Patient call (15-20%) versus out-patient (75-80%). Guaranteed base salary plus production incentive and on-call pay. VERY generous benefits package includes; 401K with 4% match, 16 days PTO first year, 5 days CME, 9 paid holidays, honorarium for CME, license, DEA etc., and employer pays all premiums for health, dental and vision for employed physician, spouse and all dependents.
